What is Nexobuild? How does it work?

Nexobuild is an innovative and intuitive approach towards construction management, budget control, document management and expense tracking. It is a system specifically designed for home builders and residential contractors. Applying industry standards, Nexobuild integrates all aspects of a construction project into one place to save builders time and budget to enhance productivity.

Nexobuild can be used for managing any type of construction projects. Our current clients consist of smaller teams.

What is the difference between Nexobuild and MS Project/Primavera?

Conventionally, builders don't schedule a single home building project. Reason being, to get involved with project scheduling requires a steep learning curve and extensive software such as MS Project or Primavera, none of which isdesigned to assist projects with the scope of a single family home project. Nexobuild applies concepts of large scale construction and simplifies them to suite a small team to understand and follow. This way builders know from early on(and as project advances) which tasks are potentially on critical path and which ones are on more relaxed timeline.

What is the difference between Nexobuild and MS Excel?

Nexobuild incorporated various aspects of construction in relational database. For example, using Nexobuild means your expenses are connected to your tasks, your contacts are connected to your contracts and your documents are connected to your projects. This creates a highly organized structure without any additional workload on homebuilders.

What is SaaS?

Saas (Software as a service) is a software licensing and delivery model in which software is licensed on a subscriptionbasis and is centrally hosted. It is sometimes referred to as "on-demand software". SaaS is typically accessed by users using a thin client via a web browser

Can I personalize the software and add my company’s logo to the top of it?

Yes. You can add your logo and company info to be printed on every report you generate as well as defining your tax schema and your default project management fee.

What does cloud-based mean?

Cloud-based applications live on the Internet rather than on your local computer (cloud is really just another word for the Internet). The major advantage for you as a user is that you can access those applications wherever you are, as long as you have an Internet connection.

Who owns my data?

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours. You can find more information about how Nexobuild uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for particular Services

What if your company goes out of business, what will happen to my data?

We will give you advance notice to backup your data.

Is there any requirement for using web-based or mobile application?

You can use any browser except ie 9 on desktop and iOS or Android for mobile apps.

Is Nexobuild secure?

Similar to banks, online email .... Nexobuild uses HTTPS encrypting. HTTPS provides authentication of the website and associated web server with which one is communicating, which protects against man-in-the-middle attacks. Additionally, it provides bidirectional encryption of communications between a client and server, which protects against eavesdropping and tampering with and/or forging the contents of the communication.

Can I grant access to my team?

Yes, you can grant full/limited role-based access to different parties such as employees, partners and owners.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes and you can access your workspace to the end of the period you have paid.

What is the installation and activation process of the software?

There is no installation required. Upon registering users need to confirm their email. This will activate their account.

How long it takes to set the software up and running?

There is no setup time. As soon as you login to your workspace, you can use the software.

Will we have a dedicated account manager helping us setting the software?

Yes. Every user is assigned with a dedicated account manager who helps you get to speed.

Will you provide us training sessions for the software?If yes to what extend?

We have training manual and videos. Users also can call for any additional support.

Are there any other resources available to help us use the software(Such as training videos, webinars, eBooks, etc.)?

Yes upon registering users will get access to various types of learning materials.

Is it possible to transfer my data from Excel sheets to the software? How?

Import data from Excel is one of the features being implemented. But for the meantime, users can send their excel data to be imported to their workspace.

Are there resources available to help me evaluate the software?

Upon registering each user will get access to a demo project to better evaluate the solution.

Is there any trial version I can use before buying it? Does it have all the features of the purchased one?

There is 30 days free trial, and it contains all the features of the full version.
